It provides stable buoyancy and can adapt to year-round fluctuations in water levels, remaining unaffected by changes during flood and dry seasons.
2. The platform is equipped with hydraulic lifting cylinders, with lifting and lowering strokes precisely controlled by the central control system. Lifting accuracy reaches ±2 mm, and the transition between sinking and rising is completed within 8 seconds. In performance mode, the floating platform rises above the water surface, fully exposing the spray nozzles; in standby mode, the entire platform submerges underwater, concealing all equipment and restoring a seamless water surface.
3. The platform integrates high-pressure jets, one-dimensional/two-dimensional digital oscillation, air bursts, running fountains, and water curtain nozzles. Variable-frequency pumps provide zoned water supply, and the central control system adjusts water pressure, spray height, and oscillation angles to create over a thousand combinations of dynamic water patterns.
4. Intelligent linked control: An industrial-grade PLC central control system synchronizes with lighting and the beat of the music to uniformly manage lifting/lowering movements, water jets, lighting, sound effects, and flame effects. It supports remote programming, scheduled automatic performances, and one-button start/stop.
5. Secure Anchoring: The floating platform is equipped with flexible anchoring and limiting devices around its perimeter to cushion the impact of water currents and wind-driven waves, ensuring the platform remains stable without drifting or violent swaying throughout the performance, and operates stably under normal wind and wave conditions up to Force 5.

Installation and Operation Guidelines for the Floating Lifting Musical Fountain
Preliminary waterway survey
Accurate measurements of water depth, current velocity, annual water level fluctuation range, and seabed composition must be collected. Based on these hydrological data, customize the buoyancy of the floating platform, the lifting stroke, and the anchoring plan. If the current velocity exceeds 1.5 m/s, reinforce the anchoring and cushioning structures.
The electrical system utilizes IP68-rated waterproof underwater lighting fixtures and waterproof cables. The entire unit is equipped with multi-level ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs) and grounding protection. During thunderstorms, the system automatically shuts down and cuts power to prevent lightning strikes from damaging electrical control components.
Water quality requires regular maintenance to maintain a pH level between 6.5 and 8.5. Leaves and floating debris on the water surface must be removed periodically, and sediment at the bottom of the pond must be dredged regularly to prevent impurities from clogging the nozzles or wearing down the pump impellers. In enclosed bodies of water, a simple water circulation and filtration system should be installed to suppress algae growth and prevent equipment corrosion.
During extreme weather, when wind speeds exceed Force 6, the spray height will automatically be reduced or the floating platform lowered; in the event of heavy rain or lightning, the system will immediately shut down and the platform will be lowered; during winter, when temperatures drop below 0°C, the system must be shut down. Drain all accumulated water from the floating platform's pipes and the interior of the water pump, and wrap the pipes with freeze-proof insulation to prevent freezing and cracking.
The floating platform must undergo regular maintenance, including anti-corrosion coating. Annually inspect the anchoring ropes, hydraulic cylinder seals, and wear on the lifting guide rails; For models equipped with flame effects, gas lines and flame failure devices must undergo additional periodic inspections to eliminate potential leakage hazards.
Before the performance, remove all vessels and floating obstacles from the water surrounding the floating platform, and reserve sufficient buffer water area to accommodate water spray, preventing water jets from affecting shore-side visitors and coastal facilities; install nighttime warning lights in navigable waterways to ensure the safe passage of pleasure boats.
The lifting system must not be manually towed by external forces. It is strictly prohibited for personnel to enter the water for maintenance within the program-set lifting range. For underwater maintenance operations, the entire system must be powered down and the floating platform fully lowered and locked in place before work begins, and personnel must be equipped with water safety gear.
