The burner assembly is designed to produce flames scaling from 3 meters for intimate plaza settings up to 10 meters for large-scale landmark installations. Gas pressure and nozzle bore diameter can be field-adjusted, giving operators creative control over the visual intensity of each show sequence.

The fire fountain runs primarily on propane or liquefied petroleum gas, both of which are widely available globally and offer clean combustion with minimal smoke or residue. The fuel supply module includes a pressure-stabilizing regulator manifold that ensures consistent flame quality regardless of ambient temperature fluctuations.

A built-in anemometer continuously measures real-time wind speed. When wind velocity exceeds Force 3 on the Beaufort scale (approximately 3.4–5.4 m/s), the system automatically locks all gas solenoid valves and suspends fire operation within seconds. This eliminates the risk of flame drift and protects surrounding audiences and structures.

Every electrical component - including submersible pumps, LED lighting fixtures, control cabinets, and sensor modules - carries an IP68 ingress protection rating. This means the entire system can be fully submerged or subjected to prolonged rainfall, making it suitable for permanent outdoor installation without additional weatherproofing.

The system design enforces a minimum safety clearance of 6 meters between the flame emission zone and the nearest audience barrier or structure. This distance is calculated based on flame height, thermal radiation modeling, and international fire safety standards, ensuring compliance with local fire department approval processes.

Before shipment, every Outdoor Large Scale Fire Fountain undergoes a rigorous 72-hour continuous burn and water circulation test at our manufacturing facility. This endurance test verifies gas flow stability, pump performance, valve response time, and structural integrity under sustained thermal stress.

The system is composed of independent modules - burner units, water nozzle clusters, pump skids, and control panels - that can be arranged in circular, linear, crescent, or custom configurations. This modularity simplifies transportation, on-site assembly, and future expansion.
